Lauren Cianelli,
BA, MSW, CDP

Lauren is our experienced and well-respected Elder Care Coordinator. She earned her BA in Psychology from DePaul University and her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University. She has worked with adults with a comorbidity diagnosis within the numerous health care settings such as hospitals, supportive living, nursing facilities, or in their homes. She works with families by conducting home studies, coordination of emergency care plans, and providing placement supervision, support and counseling.

Lauren has advanced training with adults diagnosed with mental illness and is a qualified mental health professional. She has a caring, and supportive way about her that gives our clients the support and confidence, to help them advocate for their loved ones. Lauren believes that change happens when people are given the guidance needed to draw on their own strengths.

Lauren understands the emotional and legal aspects of the process. As a dedicated professional social worker, with strong organizational skills and a vital thoroughness, Lauren offers important assistance to families throughout the various pivotal and often complex life’s journey. She provides an environment of compassion and support that helps individuals and families overcome obstacles, to move forward and thrive, to live fulfilling and happy lives.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle, Bennie
